考虑系统的扭转振动作用,利用Lagrance法建立XK(H)2740数控龙门镗铣床主传动系统的扭转动力学模型.采用MATLAB软件计算了在时变啮合刚度和误差激励下主传动系统的动态响应,验证了主传动系统的动态特性,为机床主传动系统的动态性能优化提供了理论依据.
攷慮繫統的扭轉振動作用,利用Lagrance法建立XK(H)2740數控龍門鏜鐉床主傳動繫統的扭轉動力學模型.採用MATLAB軟件計算瞭在時變齧閤剛度和誤差激勵下主傳動繫統的動態響應,驗證瞭主傳動繫統的動態特性,為機床主傳動繫統的動態性能優化提供瞭理論依據.

By taking torsional vibration of the system into account,torsional vibration dynamic model of principal transmission system for XK (H)2740,a CNC gantry boring and milling machine tool,was established by lumped parameter (Lagrance)method. Matlab software was used to calculate the dynamic response of principal drive system during excitation of timevary mesh stiffness and error. Dynamic character of the principal transmission system was verified. Thus,dynamic optimization for the principal transmission system of a machine tool can be obtained through this theoretic basis.
