以定时器极片检测为背景,研究薄片工业件的尺寸和缺陷特征机器视觉自动检测技术,并开发了相应的在线实时视觉检测系统.利用最大类间方差法计算最佳区域分割阈值,实现了二值化.检测长度、角度及圆度等尺寸特征和双面铁锈等缺陷特征,完成了薄片件的视觉检测.以可编程控制器为核心,设计了不良品的剔除系统,实现了不良品自动分拣.
以定時器極片檢測為揹景,研究薄片工業件的呎吋和缺陷特徵機器視覺自動檢測技術,併開髮瞭相應的在線實時視覺檢測繫統.利用最大類間方差法計算最佳區域分割閾值,實現瞭二值化.檢測長度、角度及圓度等呎吋特徵和雙麵鐵鏽等缺陷特徵,完成瞭薄片件的視覺檢測.以可編程控製器為覈心,設計瞭不良品的剔除繫統,實現瞭不良品自動分揀.

The dimensional and defective features were detected automatically by using machine vision for the timer piece. The realtime online detection system was designed by applying image processing technology. The optimal threshold was calculated by OTSU to the binarization. The vision detection was achieved by measuring length,angle and roundness and recognizing defection. The eliminating system controlled by PLC was implemented to sort the defective pieces.
