To decrease the testing charge of new electrohydraulic proportional valve and improve the reliability of hydraulic system,the performance testing problem was researched for providing reliable technical support for the repair and maintenance of the device. The measuring approaches of the static and dynamic characteristics of the new electrohydraulic proportional valve were proposed,the computer testing system was designed and the performance testing software was developed. The application results show that using the developed system,the equipment utilization and reliability are improved,the repair difficulty of such valves is solved.
