提出一种基于ARM与DSP的双CPU在线检测系统,能快速地检测瓶盖内外圆边缘是否有缺陷、瓶盖密封圈内是否有污点,并且实现了数据的远程监控、触摸屏控制、数据库管理等功能.实验结果证明:该系统具有高实时性、高稳定性的特点,每小时可检测瓶盖数36000个以上,可检测出0.1 mm的缺陷.

An online PET cap detecting system was designed based on ARM and DSP. A rapid algorithm was offered in order to detect the deficiency of plastic bottle cap fleetly without touch. And remote monitoring,touch interface control,database management and other industrial control functions were realized. The test results prove the online inspection system is rational and stable. The system can be used to detect caps more than 36 000 per hour,also can be used to detect 0.1 mm defect.
