通过分析4AT自动变速箱换挡制动器的结构及装配工艺,基于相对测量原理,提出一种在自动变速箱换挡制动器装配过程中测量法兰垫片厚度的新方法,根据该方法研制出相应的垫片预选测量机,并对该设备进行了测量稳定性和准确性的分析.实验证明:该设备具有较高的测量精度和装配效率,大大提高了变速箱的装配效率及装配质量.

Through analyzing the structure and assembly process of the brake in a 4AT automatic transmission,a new method of measuring the thickness of the flange gasket during its assembly process was presented based on the relative measuring theory. The gasket measuring and choosing machine was developed according to the new method,also the measuring stability and accuracy of the machine was analyzed. The experiment proves that the machine is excellent in measuring precision and assembly efficiency,and it greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the transmission assembly.
