基于PMACclipper运动控制卡,提出任意二维轨迹的切向跟随插补算法.在xy平面二维坐标系中,实现刀具中心的轨迹运动控制;在旋转轴C坐标系中,根据xy坐标系中刀具的实时位置坐标,计算得到与之相切的切线方向的转角,控制刀刃始终与轨迹相切.此算法简单、高效,可充分利用运动控制卡的功能,适用于数控裁床等特殊数控设备的控制.

A tangent following interpolation algorithm was proposed based on PMACclipper motion controller for twodimensional curve. The center of the tool could move along the curve in the xy coordinate system. In the C coordinate system,the tangential angle was gotten by the realtime coordinates of the tool in the xy coordinate system,and the tool edge direction was controlled to tangent to the curve always. It is a simple,efficient algorithm which can make full use of the function of the PMAC. It is suitable for CNC cutting machine and other special NC equipments.
