根据连杆清洗机的设计要求,分析连杆清洗的主要工艺过程.阐述应用多色集合建立产品信息模型的基本理论.应用递阶结构功能方法树,建立了连杆清洗机夹具系统的功能方法树模型,并利用多色集合理论从功能分解和约束两方面出发对该模型进行了形式化.利用多色集合推理矩阵与约束矩阵,对夹具设计方案进行了求解.

According to the design requirements of connecting rod cleaning machine,the main process of cleaning connecting rod was analyzed. The fundamental theory of modeling the product information by polychromatic sets was expounded. Applying hierarchical structure function method tree,a function method tree model of the fixture system of connecting rod was built,and the model was formalized from two aspects of function decomposition and constraints by the theory of polychromatic sets. The fixture designing scheme was solved by using polychromatic sets reasoning matrix and constraint matrix.
