采用ANSYS对超高压螺栓拉伸器进行有限元分析及优化设计,并针对结构危险截面进行安全系数评定和强度校核.依据ASME规定试验压力,对优化后的尺寸结构进行重校核;并对螺栓拉伸器进行疲劳分析,得到其使用寿命系数,为设备的安全运作提供依据.

ANSYS was used to make finite element analysis and optimization for super high pressure bolt tensioner. Aiming at the critical section,safety factor assessing and strength checking were done. According to the ASME specified testing pressure,the optimized structure was checked again. For getting the equipment safe operation coefficient,fatigue analysis was done for bolt tensioner, which provided safety basis of equipment.
