The scheme of leak detection machine with independent double working station was proposed,and the elastic pressing rods and shift lever were designed. By using the control method based on PLC and interactive manmachine interface,all parameters in the leak detection process were easily set. Whether the product is qualified or not can be judged automatically,and the automation level of the equipment,detection precision and efficiency are enhanced greatly.
