针对大模数齿轮齿形的加工特点,着重分析了斜齿轮多轴数控加工的工艺方法和工艺特点,研究了斜齿轮齿形多轴加工中刀具轨迹的生成、加工编程、刀具轨迹仿真验证、刀具干涉和机床与齿轮齿形的碰撞检查等,寻求出斜齿轮多轴数控加工的最优方法和工艺方案.该方案既能够充分发挥多轴设备的加工能力,又为大模数斜齿轮加工提出了新的方法与思路.
針對大模數齒輪齒形的加工特點,著重分析瞭斜齒輪多軸數控加工的工藝方法和工藝特點,研究瞭斜齒輪齒形多軸加工中刀具軌跡的生成、加工編程、刀具軌跡倣真驗證、刀具榦涉和機床與齒輪齒形的踫撞檢查等,尋求齣斜齒輪多軸數控加工的最優方法和工藝方案.該方案既能夠充分髮揮多軸設備的加工能力,又為大模數斜齒輪加工提齣瞭新的方法與思路.

In view of processing characteristics of large module gear,the multiaxis NC machining technology and processing characteristics of helical gear were analyzed. Tool path generation,machining program,tool path simulation,cutter interference and collision detection for machine tool and gear profile were discussed. The optimal method and process scheme of helical gear for multiaxis machining were found out. This method can not only make full use of the processing capacity of multiaxis NC machining center, but also give us a new way and thought for large module helical gear’s processing.
