针对户外机柜采用的人工淋水测试方式的缺陷,设计一种基于PLC网络控制的自动淋水测试系统,构建了系统的总体结构,实现了硬件平台供料单元、输送单元、淋水单元、烘干单元和控制软件的设计,并对系统的硬件选型、软件结构和功能进行了分析.通过自动淋水线测试与人工测试对比试验可知:每台机柜的生产成本较以前节约了16%左右,时间节省了70%以上,且排除了人工因素,产品质量得到了更好的保证,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益.

Aiming at the defect of artificial drenching test mode for outdoor cabinet,an automatic drenching system was designed based on PLC network control. The general structure of the system was constructed,and the hardware platforms of material unit,conveying unit,pouring water unit,drying unit and control software were designed. The system hardware selection,software structure and function were analyzed. Through contrast of the automatic drenching test and artificial test,the cost of each cabinet is saved about 16% and the time is saved about 70% than before,and the artificial factors are ruled out,the product quality is better guaranteed. It has good economic benefit and social benefit.
