经过30多年的发展,中国金融改革进入了新的时期.未来一段时间,中国金融改革的重心应定位于制度改革,而制度改革的推进有利于金融发展中诸多问题的解决.本文认为,正确地处理直接融资与间接融资的关系,积极稳妥地推进利率市场化,审慎稳健地促进金融国际化,正确引导影子银行的发展是近期推进中国金融发展需要注意的四个主要问题.

After more than thirty years’development,China’s financial reform has entered a new phase. In the fu-ture,the focus of China’s financial reform should be targeted at the institutional reform,the promotion of which is helpful to solve numerous problems in the process of financial development. This paper believes that there are four ma-jor issues which should be noted in the recent promotion of China’s financial development,namely,proper treatment of the relationship between direct and indirect financing,active and stable promotion of interest rates liberalization,fi-nancial internationalization,and correct guidance for the development of shadow banking.
