结合柴油发动机曲轴加工工艺要求和工艺路线,针对铣削曲轴某一定位面这一加工工序,进行专用夹具设计方案分析,包括工件的定位方式及定位元件的结构分析、夹紧机构选择、对刀与导向元件选择等,并进行夹具定位精度分析.通过夹具定位精度分析可知,该夹具定位方案是可行的.

According to process requirements and routes of a diesel engine’s crankshaft, special fixture design programs were analyzed, based on a machining process of one of the crankshaft’s support surfaces, and the special fixture’s positioning accuracy was analyzed. The special fixture design program consists of analyses of a location mode of the crankshaft’s support surface and a kind of structure of the locating element, options of the clamping mechanism and options of the tool-setting elements and guide elements. The analyses of the special fixture’s positioning accuracy show that the special fixture location mode is feasible.
