车用发动机润滑系统中,机油泵开启压力稳定性差对液压系统压力波动与液压元件安全可靠性与使用寿命有重大影响.通过机油泵试验台的测试实例论证了机油泵球型限压阀芯与锥形限压阀对开启压力波动特性进行的测试和影响分析.研究结果表明:采用球阀芯限压阀的开启压力始终在1.5 MPa附近微幅波动,而采用锥阀的开启压力则波动较大,即采用锥阀芯限压阀开启压力均值为1.1725 MPa,偏差为0.0823,而采用球阀芯开启压力均值为1.515 MPa,偏差为2.4545×10-4,从偏差数据可以得出锥阀芯限压阀数据严重分散,而球阀芯开启压力则在均值附近微幅变化.

Car engine lubrication system oil pump the opening pressure stability has a significant impact on the safety and reliability and service life of the hydraulic system and hydraulic components. The results were shown that:the opening pressure of the pressure limiting valve ball valve always fluctuate slightly around 1.5MPa, and the cone valve opening pressure fluctuations huge, that a poppet pressure limiting valve opening pressure mean 1.1725MPa, deviation of 0.0823 1.515MPa, ball valve opening pressure mean deviation of deviation data can draw poppet pressure limiting valve data is heavily fragmented, the ball valve opening pressure of small changes around the mean.
