在温室中培育烟草幼苗,至9叶1心时,在第9叶片上用微量注射器注射不同浓度的杀虫剂安打100μL,24 h 后测定烟草幼苗 MDA 含量和抗氧化酶的活性.结果表明,安打导致烟草幼苗 MDA 含量降低,抗氧化酶 CAT、APX、GPX 活性下降.

@@@@The tobacco seedlings were raised under greenhouse condition. Just after emergence of 9 leaves with 1 core, different concentration of avatar insecticide 100 μL were injected into the ninth leaf with microinjector, and the content of MDA and activities of antioxidant enzyme were tested after 24 h. The results showed that the insecticide reduced MDA content of tobacco leaves, and decreased the activities of CAT, APX, and GPX.
