在矿井建设中,临时改绞是必不可少的环节,井筒到底后通过临时改绞可以在较短的时间内形成较大的提升能力,能够加快矿井建设速度.传统立井临时改绞后,提升方式为矿车运输和临时罐笼提升相组合的运输方式.新改绞工艺增加了箕斗提升系统,采用了双罐笼和双箕斗的混合提升方式,并且在井底增设了临时煤仓和半自动装煤系统.实现了矸石提升和物料、人员运输的分离,并且用胶带运输替代矿车运送矸石,极大提高了整个立井临时提升系统的提升效率.
