本文在概述吉林市区自然概况的同时,介绍了该区地下水开采利用现状.同时对今后如何开采利用地下水资源提出建议.在我国各地区经济社会发展过程中,地下水资源所起的作用是有明显差异的.对地下水资源所起的作用进行定量评价,不仅可以直观地测度地下水的重要性,而且能够为水文地质调查宏观部署提供基础依据.通过构建地下水资源支撑度评价指标体系,对我国各省(自治区、直辖市)地下水对经济社会发展的支撑作用进行了初步评价.结果表明:地下水资源支撑度最高的10个省份依次是山西、北京、河北、内蒙古、山东、河南、宁夏、贵州、陕西和辽宁;地下水资源支撑度最低的5个省份是江西、湖南、福建、浙江和上海;从区域来说,地下水资源支撑度最高的是黄淮海地区、鄂尔多斯高原与银川河套平原区、黄土高原东部地区及贵州省,其次是东北地区和西北地区,东南沿海地区最低.根据评价结果,对我国区域水文地质调查宏观部署提出了若干建议.本文在概述吉林市区自然概况的同时,介绍了该区地下水开采利用现状.同时对今后如何开采利用地下水资源提出建议.

This paper also outlines the nature of Jilin City, the groundwater exploitation and utilization. At the same time in the future how to exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources suggests. In the process of economic and social development in different regions of China, groundwater resources play a supporting role there is obvious difference. Quantitative evaluation of groundwater resources play a role, not only can directly measure the importance of groundwater, but also can provide the basis for hydrogeological investigation of macroscopic deployment. Through the construction of groundwater resources evaluation index system, the China's provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) conducted a preliminary evaluation of supporting role to the economic and social development of groundwater. The results show that: the groundwater resources support the top 10 provinces are Shanxi, Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Henan, Ningxia, Guizhou, Shaanxi and Liaoning; groundwater resources to support the 5 provinces of Jiangxi is the lowest, Hunan, Fujian, Zhejiang and Shanghai; from the region, the highest degree of groundwater resources is the Huang-Huai-Hai region, Erdos Plateau and Yinchuan plain, the eastern region of the Loess Plateau and Guizhou Province, followed by the northeast and northwest regions, the lowest in southeast coastal area. According to the evaluation results, some suggestions on hydrogeological investigation area in our country put forward macro deployment. This paper also outlines the nature of Jilin City, the groundwater exploitation and utilization. At the same time in the future how to exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources suggests.
