近年来,我国的社会经济得到了发展,我国的建筑行业的状况和水平也得到了很大的提高和改善.随着我国城镇化速度逐渐加快,我国的房屋建筑项目越来越多,只有加强施工管理,才能保证其施工质量,提高施工效率.本文阐述了房屋建筑施工管理的重要作用,分析了现在房屋建筑施工管理中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了解决这些问题的措施,旨在能够更好地促进我国房屋建筑工程的发展,加快我国社会经济的发展步伐,为城镇化作出更大的贡献.

In recent years, China's social economic development, status and level of construction industry in China has been greatly enhanced and improved. As China's urbanization gathered speed, China's housing construction projects are more and more, only by strengthening construction management, we can guarantee the quality of its construction, and improve efficiency. This article describes the important role of construction management of buildings, analyzes housing problems in construction management, and on this basis, propose measures to address these issues, designed to be able to better promote the development of China's housing construction, accelerate the pace of socio-economic development in China, and make a greater contribution to urbanization.
