The paper analyzes the case of the college academic community organization to participate in the science and technology competitions, comes to conclusion that with the help of the college academic community, we can develop its advantages, cultivate college students' innovative ability, the team cooperation spirit and the competition results, then create the atmosphere of the whole school innovation competition, in order to provide a way for the college organizing science and technology competitions.
