By using the method of literature research, interviews, case analysis, from the school-enterprise cooperation object, the relationship between schools and enterprises, school-enterprise cooperation mode aspects, the success Guangdong vocational school-enterprise cooperation models are summarized, and the joint-stock cooperation and others innovation modes in the future are outlook. The research results provide useful experience for perfecting the system of vocational school-enterprise cooperation and exploring the school-enterprise cooperation path, and point out the direction for innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode for the domestic higher vocational colleges.
