Mathematics is one of the qualities that new century talents should possess. There are some problems to be solved in higher mathematics teaching in China. Therefore, this article explores problems in higher mathematics teaching from three aspects, and then thinks the solving strategies with the author's teaching practice and the actual development of the college, to enhance the overall level of higher mathematics teaching in China's colleges and universities.
