Quantum mechanics is a very important course to physics students, but it is difficult to learn, the reason is various. In this article, some beneficial discussions of teaching reform are put forward, such as: the teaching method, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching means etc. Through these methods, we wish that students' learning interest in quantum mechanics is higher, and the teaching effect is better.
