针对比例方向阀与电液换向阀组成的调距桨液压双阀并联控制回路进行理论分析,提出了液压双阀系统控制策略,确定了控制器参数,并在AMESim软件中对控制系统性能进行仿真分析.计算结果表明控制策略与参数设计合理,满足调距桨桨距调节性能要求.
針對比例方嚮閥與電液換嚮閥組成的調距槳液壓雙閥併聯控製迴路進行理論分析,提齣瞭液壓雙閥繫統控製策略,確定瞭控製器參數,併在AMESim軟件中對控製繫統性能進行倣真分析.計算結果錶明控製策略與參數設計閤理,滿足調距槳槳距調節性能要求.

This paper theoretically analyses the parallel control circuit of a dual-valve controllable pitch propeller hy-draulic system which consists of an electro-hydraulic directional control valve and a proportional directional control valve, and proposes the control strategy and confirms the controller parameters. In addition, the system performance is simulated in AMESim, and the calculating results show the control strategy and parameters are reasonable and meet the pitch adjustment requirements.
