文章阐述了地下水位较高、土质情况复杂的高度严寒地区地下室及主体结构、机械设备、材料等越冬期维护技术,并结合工程现场实际情况采取保温材料覆盖、局部加热等措施,保证建筑结构免受冻害的影响,防止地基基础强冻造成冻胀破坏,对建筑结构越冬期维护提供参考.
文章闡述瞭地下水位較高、土質情況複雜的高度嚴寒地區地下室及主體結構、機械設備、材料等越鼕期維護技術,併結閤工程現場實際情況採取保溫材料覆蓋、跼部加熱等措施,保證建築結構免受凍害的影響,防止地基基礎彊凍造成凍脹破壞,對建築結構越鼕期維護提供參攷.

@@@@This article expounds the technology to maintain the basement, main structure, mechanical equip-ment as well as material in extremely cold areas with a high level of underground water and complex earthiness. In addition, combined with the situation of the building site, it puts forwards such measures to protect the struc-ture from frost damage and the foundation from frost swelling as covering with heat preservation material and lo-calized heating.
