建立一套合理、公正而有效的基于教学质量的高职院校教师评价指标体系对于高职院校的发展具有十分重要的意义.文章通过问卷调查的方式,初步获得评价指标;对获得的评价指标再次进行调查统计,并结合 SPSS 统计分析软件对评价指标进行筛选,然后建立了完整的评价指标体系.为了保证评价指标体系具备科学性及可操作性,对评价指标进行项目分析、因素命名、信度分析、效度分析.

@@@@The establishment of a scientific system of teachers’evaluation based on the quality of teaching is of great significance to the development of vocational colleges. This system is constructed by means of devising questionnaires to obtain the index of evaluation, analyzing the index as well as screening the index in combina-tion with SPSS. In addition, the index undergoes the process of item analysis, factor naming, reliability analysis and validity analysis as well to ensure its feasibility.
