目的:探讨低频高频超声联合使用诊断急性阑尾炎的方法及其超声图像特征.方法:对我院因急腹症就诊,经外科证实为急性阑尾炎的65例患者的术前超声检查手法及声像图总结、分析.结果:65例急性阑尾炎患者中,超声诊断急性单纯性阑尾炎31例,急性化脓性阑尾炎21例,坏疽性阑尾炎2例,阑尾周围脓肿7例,均与手术及病理相符,漏诊4例,因盲肠后位、体型肥胖、声像图不典型等原因.结论:低频及高频超声联合使用,操作手法得当,能够提高阑尾显示率,为临床诊断急性阑尾炎及分型提供重要依据.

Objective: To investigate the low-frequency high-frequency ultrasound combined diagnosis of acute appendicitis ultrasound image features. Methods: Our hospital visitors due to acute abdomen, acute appendicitis in 65 patients were taken the preoperative ultrasound examination practices and sonogram confirmed by surgical summarize, analyze. Results: 65 cases of patients with acute appendicitis, ultrasound diagnosis of acute uncomplicated appendicitis in 31 cases, 21 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis, two cases of gangrenous appendicitis, appendiceal abscess seven cases were associated with the surgical and pathological match, missed four cases, after a bit due to the cecumobese, atypical sonographic. Conclusion: Joint use of low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound, and appropriate operating practices, and be able to raise the appendix show rate, and provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of acute appendicitis and typing.
