针对09系列捣固车 ALC软件输出的模拟量信号中起道减少量这一概念,对其产生原因进行了定性分析,并且就超高的直线、无超高的一般曲线和有超高的一般曲线三种状态说明了捣固车起道减少量的产生原因,得出了起道减少量变化的一般规律,最后阐述了起道减少量在实际作业中的处理方法.

According to the concept of track lifting reduction which is one of the analog signals of tamping machine ALC output participation work,this paper conducted a qualitative analysis of its causes, illustrated the generation principle for track lifting reduction of tamping machine in three states of superhigh straight line,non-superhigh general curve and superhigh general curve respectively,and analyzed the general principles of track lifting reduction variation. The aim of this paper is to figure out the causes of track lifting reduction and the compensation principle and meaning of track lifting, introduced the actual project application of track lifting reduction. It is necessary to point out that the key point discussed in this paper is based on 09 series tamping machine,which does not mean it is fit for all tamping machine types and might also be used in other tamping models.
