通过 Hummers 法制备氧化石墨,经过超声波细胞粉碎机分散,制备了稳定的氧化石墨烯悬浮液.采用红外光谱和原子力显微镜等手段对样品进行光谱和形貌分析.结果表明:石墨被氧化成含有 C=O、—COOH、C—OH 和C—O—C 的氧化石墨,经较短时间的超声波细胞粉碎机分散,能够形成高浓度、稳定的氧化石墨烯悬浮液,而且在较高功率下可形成雪花状氧化石墨烯,为其功能化研究提供了基础.

통과 Hummers 법제비양화석묵,경과초성파세포분쇄궤분산,제비료은정적양화석묵희현부액.채용홍외광보화원자력현미경등수단대양품진행광보화형모분석.결과표명:석묵피양화성함유 C=O、—COOH、C—OH 화C—O—C 적양화석묵,경교단시간적초성파세포분쇄궤분산,능구형성고농도、은정적양화석묵희현부액,이차재교고공솔하가형성설화상양화석묵희,위기공능화연구제공료기출.
Graphite oxide was prepared from graphite by way of the Hummers method and then dispersed by using ultra-sonic cell crusher to produce graphene oxide. The graphite oxide and graphene oxide were characterized by FTIR and AFM. The results suggest that graphite was oxidized into graphite oxide containing C=O,—COOH,C—OH and C—O—C;the graphene oxide can readily form stable colloidal suspensions with high concentration in distilled water.Graphene oxide in the shape of snowflake was obtained by using high frequency. It will provide foundation for the study of its functionality.
