目的:比较单侧弹力与双侧弹力腹带在腹部手术中的应用效果.方法:将我院2012年1-6月进行腹部手术220例需要使用腹带的病人按病室区域划分,对照组100例,采用双侧弹力腹带固定;试验组120例,采用单侧弹力腹带固定.结果:1、试验组与对照组在防止伤口敷料移位、防止伤口裂开无明显差异;2、试验组在增加病人的舒适度、提高病人的依从性明显优于对照组.结论:采用单侧弹力腹带在腹部手术中能更好减轻腹部张力、促进伤口愈合、减少伤口疼痛时间、有利于翻身排痰.

Objective: To compare unilateral stretch bilateral elastic cummerbund in abdominal surgery results. Method: 1 --- June 2012, 220 cases of abdominal surgery patients need to use the cummerbund, by ward area, 100 cases of the control group, bilateral elastic cummerbund fixed; test group of 120 patients with unilateral elastic cummerbund fixed. Results: 1, the test group and the control group in preventing wound dressings shift, to prevent wound dehiscence was no significant difference; 2, the experimental group increased patient comfort, improve patient compliance was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The the unilateral elastic cummerbund abdominal surgery can better reduce abdominal tension, promote wound healing and reduce wound pain time favor emancipated expectoration.
