目的探讨中孕引产阴道分娩时中转剖宫取胎的病因、临床表现及诊治,防止发生中孕引产严重并发症.方法对2006年5月至2012年5月我院6例中孕引产阴道分娩时中转剖宫取胎患者的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果宫颈畸形漏诊、宫颈组织弹性极差、宫颈锥形切除后各1例,均表现宫口不开;二次剖宫产后和子宫肌瘤剔除后各1例,均子宫破裂,低置胎盘漏诊1例,6例患者均成攻剖宫取胎,术后痊愈出院.结论中孕引产前严格掌握适应证,分娩时密切观察产程进展,发现并发症适时剖宫取胎,防止产生严重并发症.

목적탐토중잉인산음도분면시중전부궁취태적병인、림상표현급진치,방지발생중잉인산엄중병발증.방법대2006년5월지2012년5월아원6례중잉인산음도분면시중전부궁취태환자적림상자료진행회고분석.결과궁경기형루진、궁경조직탄성겁차、궁경추형절제후각1례,균표현궁구불개;이차부궁산후화자궁기류척제후각1례,균자궁파렬,저치태반루진1례,6례환자균성공부궁취태,술후전유출원.결론중잉인산전엄격장악괄응증,분면시밀절관찰산정진전,발현병발증괄시부궁취태,방지산생엄중병발증.
Objective: To explore the cause, clinical manifestation and diagnosis of pregnancy vaginal delivery transit cesarean, to prevent complications of pregnancy. Methods the clinical data of 2006 May to 2012 May, 6 cases of pregnancy vaginal delivery in our hospital during transit cesarean patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results cervical deformity, elastic range, missed diagnosis of cervical tissues of cervical cone excision in 1 cases, showed the palace mouth does not open; two cesarean and uterine fibroids 1 cases each, were rupture of uterus, low-lying placenta missed diagnosis in 1 cases, 6 cases were success of caesarean operation, operation the hospital after recovery. Conclusion pregnancy before the strict indication, delivery to closely observe the progress of labor, complications was found timely cesarean, prevent serious complications.
