目的:研究护理干预在急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病护理中的效果,寻找最佳护理方法.方法:选择2011年3月至2011年12月在我院收治的100例性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者,随即分为实验组和对照组,对照组50例患者采用常规护理方法,而实验组50例患者则在常规护理基础上,采用整体护理,对比分析两组患者的临床护理效果和满意度.结果:实验组临床护理满意度为100%,而对照组患者护理满意度为85.3%,实验组护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组对比,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05).结论:对急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病采取整体护理,不仅可以改善患者治疗心态和积极性,保证临床治疗效果,同时可以提高护理满意度和患者生命质量,对临床护理水平的提高具有重要意义

Objective: To study the nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes care effect, to find the best nursing method.Method:100 cases of myocardial infarction in patients with diabetes from 2011 March to 2011 December in our hospital were selected .They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, routine nursing method using the group of 50 patients, and 50 cases in the experimental group, on the basis of conventional care, using overal nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients the effect of clinical nursing and the satisfaction.Result: the clinical nursing satisfaction is 100%, while the control group, patients satisfaction was 85.3%, the experimental group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, two groups of contrast, the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Taking the holistic nursing care of acute myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes melitus, not only can improve the treatment of patients with attitude and enthusiasm, ensure the clinical treatment effect, also can improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, is of great significance to improve the level of clinical nursing
