目的:评价引入循证医学(EMB)进行教学查房对提高医学生临床实践能力的效果.方法:每个实习小组随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组按循证医学实践方法组织教学查房,对照组负责病例汇报,比较两组出科考试成绩及实验组对 EMB 教学法的态度.结果:两组客观题成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);实验组主观题成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).97.6%的实习生认为本教学查房形式能提高实习兴趣,91.2%实习生认为锻炼了临床思维能力,92%实习生认为提高了独立诊治疾病的能力.结论:教学查房引入 EMB 法能提高学生的实习兴趣,提高临床思维能力,提高独立处理病人能力.该形式有利于实习医师临床综合实践能力的培养.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of introduction of evidence-based medicine teaching to improve the medical students’ clinical practice.Method: The medical students of every internship team were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the evidence-based medicine teaching, and the control group was in charge of reporting cases. Final test scores of the two groups and the attitude toward EMB teaching method were compared. Results: The scores of objective questions of the two groups were of no statistical significance (P﹥0.05), while the scores of subjective questions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and had statistical significance (P<0.05). Among the interns, 97.6% of them thought that EMB could improve their interest in internship, 91.2% thought it exercised their clinical thinking ability, and 92%thought that EMB improved their ability to diagnose and treat disease independently.Conclusion: The introduction of EMB medical teaching can improve the students’ interest in internship, clinical thinking ability, and the ability to diagnose and treat disease independently.
