目的:探讨剥离法和液氮冷冻法治疗跖疣的临床疗效.方法:剥离法治疗组与液氮冷冻法治疗组各60例,观察和比较两组的临床疗效.结果:剥离法治疗跖疣一次性治愈率明显高于液氮冷冻治疗组,复发率明显低于液氮冷冻治疗组(p<0.01).结论:剥离法治疗跖疣较液氮冷冻治疗方法简便安全,疗程短,疗效显著,复发率低.
목적:탐토박리법화액담냉동법치료척우적림상료효.방법:박리법치료조여액담냉동법치료조각60례,관찰화비교량조적림상료효.결과:박리법치료척우일차성치유솔명현고우액담냉동치료조,복발솔명현저우액담냉동치료조(p<0.01).결론:박리법치료척우교액담냉동치료방법간편안전,료정단,료효현저,복발솔저.
Objective:To compare clinical effect between Stripping Method and Liquid Nitrogen Cryotherapy applicated in Verruca Plantaris. Method:There were 60 patients in each groups, Stripping Method group and Liquid Nitrogen Cryotherapy treatment group. make a comparison of the clinical efficacy.Results:The disposable cure rate of Stripping Method group was significantly higher than Liquid Nitrogen Cryotherapy group, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than cryotherapy group (p<0.01). Conclusion:Stripping Method are more convenience and safer,which has a short treatment course and low recurrence rate.
