目的:探讨葡萄糖酸氯己啶漱口液治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效.方法:选择120例口腔溃疡患者,随机分为2组,治疗组60例用葡萄糖酸氯己啶漱口液治疗,对照组60例用1%碘甘油局部涂布.结果:治疗组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为65%,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:葡萄糖酸氯己啶漱口液使用方便,疗效理想,值得临床推广.

목적:탐토포도당산록기정수구액치료구강궤양적림상료효.방법:선택120례구강궤양환자,수궤분위2조,치료조60례용포도당산록기정수구액치료,대조조60례용1%전감유국부도포.결과:치료조유효솔위91.7%,대조조유효솔위65%,차이유현저성(P<0.05).결론:포도당산록기정수구액사용방편,료효이상,치득림상추엄.
Objective: To investigate chlorhexidine gluconate gargle in the treatment of oral ulcer clinical curative effect. Methods: 120 patients with oral ulcer patients, divided into 2 groups randomly,60 cases in the treatment group with chlorhexidine gluconate gargle in the treatment of 60 cases of the control group, with 1% iodine glycerin local coating. Results:the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%, the effective rate of control group was 65%, there were significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusion: chlorhexidine gluconate gargle is easy to use, ideal curative effect, worthy of clinical application.
