苯乙烯属于热敏性物质,分离提纯必须在较低温度和压力下进行.减压精馏是人们采用对该类物质分离的最常用的分离技术,塔顶的真空泵系统和塔釜的再沸及排残系统是苯乙烯精馏系统的关键系统,通过对关键系统故障原因分析,制订相关的解决办法,确保生产稳定和苯乙烯质量.

Styrene, a thermal-sensitive substance, has to be isolated and purified under relatively low temperature and low pressure circumstance, hence, vacuum distillation become a widely used isolation technology for styrene preparation. The vacuum pump system in top of distillation tower, re-boiling and residual discharging system in the reactor are key systems in styrene refinery distillation. To assure the process robust and final product quality, this paper suggests corresponding solutions by discussion on root causes analysis of those major system malfunction.
