产学研合作是高校培养应用型人才,提高教育质量的重要途径.对高校产学研合作现状进行了深入研究,提出了“三位一体”应用型人才培养的新模式.从课程体系构建、平台搭建、师资队伍建设等方面进行高校产学研合作人才培养模式改革.以应用型人才培养为目标,构建集教学、科研、人才培养为一体的教学平台,实施产学研合作人才培养模式.通过不断完善产学研合作人才培养模式,培养学生实践能力和创新意识,提高学生的综合素质,从而为社会输送更多优秀人才.

Production-education-research cooperation is an important approach to cultivate application talents and improve educational quality. By deeply studying, the actuality of university production-education-research cooperation, proposed a new mode of "Trinity" application talents cultivation. Carry on reform in the mode of university production-education-research cooperation talents cultivation from the aspects of the construction of the curriculum system, the structure of the platform, the construction of teacher team. Targeted to the cultivation of application talents, constructing the teaching platform which includes teaching, scientific research and talents cultivation, and implementing production-education-research cooperation talents cultivation mode. Through continuous improvement of training mode of production-education-research cooperation talents cultivation, cultivating students' practice ability and innovative consciousness, improving the comprehensive quality of the students, thereby we can convey many excellent talents to society.
