Underground space is a new land resource.This article starts from practice of rational development and utilization of China’s urban underground space.The article describes main contradictions with its three responses and suggestions,inorder to make authorities and governments at all levels could pay more attention and clearly understand that underground space is a new strategic land resource.It should be cherished,valued,scientifically developed and rationally utilized.
