目的研究莫诺苷对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠纤维蛋白原(Fib)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)的影响.方法用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,造模后,分别给予莫诺苷低剂量(30 mg/kg)、中剂量(90 mg/kg)、高剂量(270 mg/kg)连续灌胃7 d,阿司匹林(ASA)为阳性对照药.使用试剂盒分别检测Fib、PT、APTT、TT指标的变化.结果与假手术组相比,模型组Fib含量显著增加(P<0.001),PT、APTT、TT显著缩短(P<0.001);与模型组相比,莫诺苷能明显降低Fib含量(P<0.01),延长PT、APTT、TT(P<0.05).结论莫诺苷具有对抗局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠凝血功能的作用.

목적연구막낙감대국조성뇌결혈재관주대서섬유단백원(Fib)、응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)화응혈매시간(TT)적영향.방법용선전법제비대서국조성뇌결혈재관주모형,조모후,분별급여막낙감저제량(30 mg/kg)、중제량(90 mg/kg)、고제량(270 mg/kg)련속관위7 d,아사필림(ASA)위양성대조약.사용시제합분별검측Fib、PT、APTT、TT지표적변화.결과여가수술조상비,모형조Fib함량현저증가(P<0.001),PT、APTT、TT현저축단(P<0.001);여모형조상비,막낙감능명현강저Fib함량(P<0.01),연장PT、APTT、TT(P<0.05).결론막낙감구유대항국조성뇌결혈재관주대서응혈공능적작용.
@@@@Objective To investigate the effects of morroniside on fibrinogen (Fib), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thrombo-plastin time (APTT) and thrombin time (TT) in focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Methods The animal model was induced with oc-clusion of middle cerebral artery (MCAO) with suture embolus, and morroniside was then administered intragastrically at the dose of 30, 90 and 270 mg/kg for 7 d. Acetyl salicylic acid was taken as positive control drug. The content of Fib, and PT, APTT and TT were measured withrelated kits. Results Compared with the sham-operated group, the concentration of Fib significantly increased (P<0.001) and PT, APTT and TT significantly shortened in the model group (P<0.001); however, compared with the model group, morroniside significantly decreased Fib content (P<0.01) and prolonged PT, APTT and TT (P<0.05). Conclusion Morroniside can antagonize the coagulation function in focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats.
