目的回顾性总结临床难治性癫痫患者发作间期脑电图特点并分析间期脑电图的特点与术后早、中期癫痫发作结局的关系.方法回顾168例经北京天坛医院癫痫中心严格术前评估并实施手术治疗的难治性癫痫患者发作间期的脑电图特点,随访术后2年和5年的癫痫发作结局,分析发作间期脑电图与手术后不同时期癫痫发作结局的关系.结果73例难治性癫痫患者术后2年和术后5年癫痫发作结局间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.07, P>0.05);单侧异常放电与双侧异常放电在术后发作结局间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.58, P<0.05).结论难治性癫痫发作间期异常放电局限于一侧大脑半球,且主要局限于颞叶者术后2年的癫痫发作,结局改善较好.

@@@@Objective To retrospectively conclude the characteristics of interictal EEG of patients with intractable epilepsy, and then ana-lyze their relationship with postoperative seizures. Methods 168 patients with intractable epilepsy in the epilepsy center of Beijing Tiantan Hospital that underwent strictly preoperative evaluations before surgery were collected and followed up for 2 and 5 years, the characteristics of their interictal EEG and postoperative seizures after 2 years and 5 years were concluded and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between 2 years and 5 years postoperative seizures in 73 intractable epilepsy patients (P>0.05). There was statistically differences in postoperative seizures between unilateral and bilateral abnormal discharges (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with unilateral abnormal dis-charges and located at temporal in interictal EEG predict better outcomes 2 years after operation.
