目的观察唐氏综合征患儿言语训练的疗效.方法对30例1~10岁唐氏综合征患儿言语训练疗效进行分析.结果所有唐氏综合征患儿的言语能力及智商均有所改善;年龄<6岁效果较佳.结论言语训练能够明显改善唐氏综合征患儿的言语功能及智力.

@@@@Objective To observe the effect of speech therapy on children with Down syndrome. Methods 30 children with Down syn-drome were reviewed. Results Their speech and intelligence quotient improved after training, especially in the children younger than 6 years old. Conclusion Speech therapy can improve the speech and intelligence in children with Down syndrome.
