以苹果蠹蛾卵为寄主,在25℃的条件下,研究了松毛虫赤眼蜂(吉林种群、新疆抗旱种群)和螟黄赤眼蜂对苹果蠹蛾卵功能反应以及自身的干扰反应.结果表明:不同密度的苹果蠹蛾卵对松毛虫赤眼蜂吉林种群、新疆抗旱种群以及螟黄赤眼蜂的寄生作用有明显的影响,其寄生效应符合功能反应模型 HollingⅡ型,方程分别为 Na=0.9459Nt/(1+0.0446Nt)、Na=0.9675Nt/(1+0.0416Nt)和 Na=0.7403Nt/(1+0.0356Nt),对苹果蠹蛾卵的日最大寄生量为21.20、23.24和20.79粒,寄生1粒卵所需的时间为0.0472、0.043和0.048 h,搜索效率分别为0.9459、0.9675和0.7403;赤眼蜂自身密度对寄生作用也存在干扰效应,用Hassell-Varley 模型可表示为 E=0.4411Pt?0.5231、E=0.3462Pt?0.6205和 E=0.3326Pt?0.4441.研究结果为正确评价赤眼蜂控制苹果蠹蛾的作用提供了科学依据.

@@@@Functional response and interfering response of Trichogramma dendrolimi, including Jilin population and a drought-resistant population, and T. chilonis to eggs of Cydia pomonella were studied at 25 ℃. The results showed that egg density affected their parasitizing ability. The functional responses of Trichogramma to C. pomonella eggs could be described well by Holling’s type II functional response mode1, which were Na=0.9459Nt/(1+0.0446Nt), Na=0.9675Nt/(1+0.0416Nt) and Na=0.7403Nt/(1+0.0356Nt). With the three strains of Trichogramma, daily maximum number of C. pomonella eggs parasitized was 21.20, 23.24 and 20.79, the time used in parasitizing an egg was 0.0472, 0.043 and 0.048 h, and the search efficiency was 0.9459, 0.9675 and 0.7403. Density of Trichogramma interfered with parasitizing efficiency. The Hassell-Varley model was E=0.4411Pt?0.5231, E=0.3462Pt?0.6205 and E=0.3326Pt?0.4441 for Jilin population, drought-resistant population and T. chilonis, respectively
