目的:通过“医云工程”试点实施工作,实现基于云计算的数字化医院建设转型转变,从而发挥引领示范作用.方法:在管理上,采取“统一思想、健全组织,认真筹划、精心准备,积极稳妥、分步实施,建管并重、讲求实效”的做法;在技术上,充分运用云计算的虚拟化、分布式计算等技术,搭建计算资源池、存储资源池、网络资源池、桌面资源池、安全资源池等5大资源池,划分生产云、测试云、容灾云、桌面云、安全云等5大功能云.结果:构建了一个绿色的动态资源医院云计算平台,取得了高可用性、高安全性、高扩展性、高管理性、高性价比等五大成效.结论:云计算可以使数字化医院建设走出传统模式面临的困境,必将对数字化医院建设模式的转型换代产生革命性影响.

목적:통과“의운공정”시점실시공작,실현기우운계산적수자화의원건설전형전변,종이발휘인령시범작용.방법:재관리상,채취“통일사상、건전조직,인진주화、정심준비,적겁은타、분보실시,건관병중、강구실효”적주법;재기술상,충분운용운계산적허의화、분포식계산등기술,탑건계산자원지、존저자원지、망락자원지、탁면자원지、안전자원지등5대자원지,화분생산운、측시운、용재운、탁면운、안전운등5대공능운.결과:구건료일개록색적동태자원의원운계산평태,취득료고가용성、고안전성、고확전성、고관이성、고성개비등오대성효.결론:운계산가이사수자화의원건설주출전통모식면림적곤경,필장대수자화의원건설모식적전형환대산생혁명성영향.
@@@@Objective:through pilot project of medical cloud project, it realized the transition of digital hospital construction based-on cloud computing and played an exemplary role. Methods: in management, it followed the principles of unifying the thoughts, perfecting the organization, serious planning, meticulous preparation, taking active and steady steps, stepwise implementation, focusing on both construction and management, and pursuing practical results; in technology, it fully utilized the virtual and distributed computing of cloud computing, constructed 5 resource pools, i.e. computing resource pool, storage resource pool, network resource pool, desktop resource pool, and security resource pool, and divided 5 functional clouds, i.e. production cloud, testing cloud, disaster recovery cloud, desktop cloud and security cloud. Results: constructed a green dynamic resource hospital cloud computing platform and fulfilled five results, i.e. high availability, high security, high expansibility, high management, and high cost performance. Conclusion: cloud computing can help the construction of digital hospital out of dilemma in front of traditional mode, and will inevitably have revolutionary impact on the transition of digital hospital construction mode.
