针对某钨矿企业自动化生产线控制系统与企业资源管理系统(ERP)融合中关键环节中出现的问题,即产品卡车转运数据自动采集和统计分析,研究了托利多车辆衡控制器与计算机之间的串口通信,并应用 C#中的SerialPort 类,设计了两者之间的通信程序,实现了数据通信和数据采集,实际应用结果表明,该通信程序在数据采集和通信方面稳定可靠,从而使得企业 ERP 系统与生产线自动化控制系统融为一个整体,实现了全厂各生产环节的数据自动采集和管理,取得了很好的经济效益.

Problems, such as automatic data acquisition and statistical analysis of product truck, exist in the key integration link between automated production line control system and ERP of a tungsten enterprise. This paper designs the serial communication program between TOLEDO vehicle controller and computer by Serial Port category in C#. The application results show that the communication system is reliable and stable in Data communication and acquisition. The ERP system and automated production line control system are fully integrated, which practices data automatic acquisition and management in the producing process.
