目的比较两种材质的营养袋对含铁静脉营养液中脂肪乳剂稳定性的影响.方法根据静脉营养配制操作规范配置于EVA及PVC袋中,100mL TNA中分别含蔗糖铁各0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1.0mg铁剂,每组各10袋.在0、24、48、72h时,采用扫描电镜观察各组脂肪颗粒直径,计算出直径>0.5mm颗粒的百分比;并测定各组TNA的pH值及渗透浓度.结果各组不同材质及不同铁浓度TNA的脂肪颗粒直径、直径>0.5μm的颗粒百分比、pH值及渗透浓度差异均无统计学性意义(P均>0.05),但是不同时间之间有显著性差异(P值分别为PVC组0.035,EVA组0.003).在72h内,各组脂肪颗粒平均直径均<0.5μm,各组均未见到直径>5μm的脂肪颗粒.结论不同材质的营养袋对TNA中脂肪颗粒的大小没有影响,时间对TNA中脂肪颗粒的大小有影响.

Objective To compare the stability of iron fortified total nutrient admixture in two different material infusion bags.Methods Based on intravenous nutrition preparation and handling protocols,0,0.25,0.5,0.75,and 1.0mg iron sucrose was added in each 100mL TNA,and each dose was prepared for ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) and polyvinyl chloride(PVC) infusion bags respectively.The stability of fat emulsion was observed by electron scanning microscopy.The pH and osmolality were determined at different time points(0,24,48,and 72h).Results The fat particle size,percentages of particle >0.5μm,pH value,and osmolality were not significantly different among all the groups at both different material infusion bags and different iron concentrations(all P>0.05),but were significantly different in different time points(P=0.035,PVC;P=0.003,EVA). The mean particle size of the fat emulsion were <0.5μm in all groups within 72h.No fat particle with diameter>5μm was seen in each group.Conclusion Different material infusion bags does not affect the fat particle size in TNA,but the time dose.
