目的分析乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞及NK细胞的变化,指导临床诊治.方法对入院儿童24h内采鼻咽分泌物直接免疫荧光法检测7种常见病毒抗原,入院后立即采2mL静脉血,流式细胞仪检测患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞及NK细胞值,对乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿的细胞免疫功能与健康对照患儿进行统计学比较.结果乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿外周血CD3+细胞、CD3+CD4+细胞、CD3+CD8+细胞百分比较对照组减少(P<0.05);CD3-CD19+细胞、CD19+CD23+细胞百分比较对照组升高(P<0.01),CD3-CD16+CD56+细胞百分比、CD4+/CD8+比值和对照组相仿.结论乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿细胞免疫功能紊乱.

Objective To analyze the changes of T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte and NK cells in pneumonia children infected by influenza B virus.Methods Multi-pathogen detection using direct fluorescence antibody test(DFA),clear etiology diagnosis.T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte and NK cells in peripheral blood in part of patients were examined by flow cytometry.Results There was no significant difference in NK cells and CD4+/CD8+ ratio between the patients with pneumonia of influenza B virus and the controls.But the level of CD3+ T cells,CD3+CD4+T cells, CD3+CD8+T cells was lower in influenza B virus group than that in the controls(P<0.05).In contrast,the level of CD3-CD19+,CD19+CD23+ cell increased in influenza B virus group than that in the controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Influenza B virus infection has obvious disorder in its cellular immunity function.
