目的分析我院2009~2011年抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考.方法以我院微机HIS系统提供的2009~2011年三年间患者抗菌药物销售数据为依据,利用 EXCEL 表格,对抗菌药物的使用金额、用药品种、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析.结果我院抗菌药物销售金额占全部药品销售金额的比例2010年上升,2011年下降;2009年~2011年头孢菌素类各年度在品种数、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)排序中均占有绝对优势.结论我院的抗菌药物的使用基本合理.

Objective Analysis of our hospital from 2009 to 2011, the usage of antibacterial drugs, to provide the reference for clinical reasonable application of antibiotics. Methods In my hospital microcomputer HIS system provided from 2009 to 2011 three years patients antibiotics sales data, use EXCEL form, on antimicrobial use amount, breed that use drug,medication frequency (DDDs) and statistical analysis. Results The antibacterial drugs in our hospital sales accounted for the proportion of the amount of drug sales in 2010 rose from 2009 to 2011, dropped 2011;cephalosporins each year in a few varieties, sales amount, frequency of drug use (DDDs) ranking in both the possession of absolute advantage. Conclusion In our hospital is basical y rational use of antimicrobial agents.
