目的建立华凤仙药材中没食子酸的HPLC含量测定方法,为评价华凤仙药材的质量提供理论参考.方法采用HPLC法测定华凤仙药材中没食子酸的含量,色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(5:95),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为273nm.结果没食子酸进样量在0.053~0.795μg 范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为101.76%,RSD为1.90%(n=6).药材中没食子酸的平均含量为0.18mg/g.结论本测定法快速、简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于华凤仙药材的质量控制研究.

Objective Established HPLC methods for the determination of the Impatiens chinensis and provide theoretical reference for the control of the quality of the Impatiens chinensis. Methods HPLC were adopted to determine effective contents of gal ic acid of the Impatiens chinensis.Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) column as analytic column, with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle-0.1%phosphoric acid (5:95).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 273 nm. Results The liner range of gal ic acid was 0.053~0.795μg(r=0.9996). The average recovery was 101.76%, RSD was 1.90% (n=6). Conclusion This method is fast, easy, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control study of the Impatiens chinensis.
