目的探讨三级甲等医院如何预防和减少医护人员在工作中遭受暴力的现象.方法采用自行设计问卷调查法,使用医院工作暴力调查表,自行评价过去一年内是否遭受医院工作场所暴力原因及对策.医护问卷992份.结果调查992名,其中有420名医护人员在过去一年里遭受不同程度工作场所暴力,暴力发生率为42.34%,其中护理人员发生率为77.86%,明显比医生多,年龄小的比年长者发生率高,发生暴力的主要原因是医务人员服务态度造成.结论医护人员在医院工作中遭受暴力的现象较多,对医护人员的个人素质及工作态度要求较高,医院有必要采取防范、培训、法律教育、加强风险管理、推进社会沟通相关措施来减少医院工作场所暴力,医护人员良好的态度和行为能减轻患者的暴力行为.
