目的分析中西医结合临床路径实施前后用药效果.方法对200例先兆流产患者资料进行对比分析,评价实施中西医结合临床路径前后人均西药用药品种数、中药用药疗程及中西药用药费用等情况.结果路径组患者的人均西药用药品种数明显减少,中药用药疗程明显缩短,人均西药、中药的用药费用明显降低,与非路径组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论先兆流产的治疗进入中西医结合临床路径,能有效的降低用药费用、提高医疗效率、促进医患关系的改善.
목적분석중서의결합림상로경실시전후용약효과.방법대200례선조유산환자자료진행대비분석,평개실시중서의결합림상로경전후인균서약용약품충수、중약용약료정급중서약용약비용등정황.결과로경조환자적인균서약용약품충수명현감소,중약용약료정명현축단,인균서약、중약적용약비용명현강저,여비로경조비교,차이유현저성의의(P<0.05).결론선조유산적치료진입중서의결합림상로경,능유효적강저용약비용、제고의료효솔、촉진의환관계적개선.
Objective To analyze the Medication effect between Pre-and post-clinical pathway of the integrated traditional and western medicine. Methods A Comparative analysis of patient data on 200 cases of threatened abortion, evaluating the number of drugs, Chinese herbal’s treatment course, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in medication costs per capita of the implementation which integrated traditional and western medicine Pre-and post-clinical pathway. Results The path group with per capita western medicine number of drugs obviously reduced;the traditional Chinese medicine course of treatment significantly shorten;the western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Medication costs obviously cut down.Compared with the clinical group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of threatened abortion with clinical pathway of integrated traditional and western medicine can effectively reduce the cost of medicine, improve medical efficiency, promote the improvement of relationship between doctor and patient.
