目的采取措施丙泊酚靶控输注复合雷米芬太尼麻醉期间,右旋美托嘧啶对听觉诱发的电位指数(AAI)与脑电双频谱指数(BIS)的影响进行有效性分析与研究.方法选取行全麻甲状腺全切除手术的患者40例,以患者的血浆药物浓度为主要的靶目标进行丙泊酚靶控的输注,静脉泵注雷米芬太尼,等患者失去意识后静脉滴注罗库溴铵,最后进行气管内插管操作.将40例患者分成观察组与对照组,观察组患者给予静脉泵注由0.4ug/kg右旋美托嘧啶与生理盐水稀释的5ml药物,而对照组患者静脉泵注5ml的生理盐水.对两组患者在麻醉20min内听觉诱发的电位指数与脑电双频谱指数的变化进行对比性分析.结果经过治疗,观察组患者脑电双频谱指数逐步下降,在20min时下降至(42.0±15.5);而听觉诱发的电位指数在静脉泵注前后及给药20min后无明显变化.而对照组患者听觉诱发的电位指数与脑电双频谱指数无明显变化.结论在丙泊酚靶控输注复合雷米芬太尼麻醉期间静脉泵注右旋美托嘧啶药物,有助于降低脑电双频谱指数,保持听觉诱发的电位指数不变.

Objective To take measures to propofol target control infusion composite remy fentanyl during anesthesia, right hand beauty Joe pyrimidine to auditory evoked potential index (AAI) and brain electrical double spectrum index (BIS), the influence of the effectiveness analysis and research. Methods Select line general anesthesia thyroidectomy surgery patients and patients, and patients were divided into observation group and control group, the observation group patients give vein pump note from 0.4 ug/kg right-lateral beauty Joe pyrimidine and physiological saline dilution 5 ml drugs, and control group patients vein pump note 5 ml of physiological saline. The two groups of patients in anesthesia and min in auditory evoked potential index and electrical double spectrum index change for comparative analysis. Results After treatment, the observation group patients electrical double spectrum index gradual y decline, in the twenty min clock fal s to (42.0±15.5);And auditory evoked potential index in vein pump before and after injection and feed and min without any altered obviously. And control group patients auditory evoked potential index and electrical double spectrum index no altered obviously. Conclusion In the propofol target control infusion composite remy fentanyl during anesthesia vein pump note right beauty Joe pyrimidine drugs,help to reduce electrical double spectrum index, keep the auditory evoked potential index unchanged.
